About this project

258-unit luxury multifamily apartment development located on Boston Harbor in East Boston with sweeping views of the City of Boston from across the harbor. This project featured studio, 1- and 2-bedroom waterfront residences with high-end finishes. Amenities include direct waterfront access with dock, chef’s kitchen, lounge, pool table, outdoor terrace with pool and sundeck, panoramic rooftop deck, and state-of-the-art fitness center. The Eddy was also the first in the city of Boston to install a car stacking system in a private, secure garage.
