About this project

258-unit luxury apartment development located on historic Farm Pond in Framingham. This project included renovation of a 5-story mill building, construction of a new 5-story podium building with rooftop pool and parking below, and the renovation of the former “powerhouse” which now features extensive amenities, work-from-home space, and large fitness center.
