About this project

312-unit luxury multifamily, transit-oriented development in the heart of Boston’s Kenmore neighborhood only blocks away from Fenway Park. Project included two buildings with modern apartments with high-end finishes and endless amenities. Amenities include rooftop pool, two rooftop terraces overlooking Fenway Park, two lounges, indoor atrium, fitness center, and yoga room. This development also includes 37,000 SF of retail space and is now home to some of Boston’s finest new restaurants and retail establishments.
